Testimony of the powerful Rossi dinasty (strictly related to Medici and Gonzaga; in their obedience there are interesting pictorial memories), the 'Rocca' of San Secondo was deeply transformed during the 15th and 16th centuries. Beautiful are the frescoes, inspired to Aesop’s fables and classical mythology. .In the Room of the Gold Dunky it’s very remarkable and important the original and unique frescoe’s representation drawn by the homonymous Apuleio’s roman and, in the striking Room of the "Gesta Rossiane", the description of thirteen eminent feats of the family in big pictures-arras.
