Testimony of the powerful Rossi dinasty (strictly related to Medici and Gonzaga; in their obedience there are interesting pictorial memories), the 'Rocca' of San Secondo was deeply transformed during the 15th and 16th centuries. Beautiful are the frescoes, inspired to Aesopís fables and classical mythology. .

In the Room of the Gold Dunky itís very remarkable and important the original and unique frescoeís representation drawn by the homonymous Apuleioís roman and, in the striking Room of the "Gesta Rossiane", the description of thirteen eminent feats of the family in big pictures-arras.
