Ingredients for 6 people:
- 450 grs. fresh beans
- 450 grs. knurled "sedanini"
- 2 garlic cloves
- olive oil - celery - persil - tomato - salt - pepper - rosemary
Preparation
- Boil the beans in salted water with the celery, galic, chopped tomato and a twig of rosemary.
- As water reduces a little add three spoonfulls of olive oil.
- As beans are nearly ready boil the pasta underdone in a separate pan, strain it and add the beans.
- Let it boil some minutes then serve.
